Michael Joseph Alstott is an American former professional football player in the National Football League.
He played collegiate football at Purdue and was drafted by the Buccaneers in the second round of the 1996 NFL Draft. He spent his entire 12-year NFL career with the team from 1996 to 2007.
In his rookie season in 1996, he had 96 carries for 377 yards and scored 6 touchdowns in 16 games. Alstott ended his career with 1,359 carries for 5,088 rushing yards, 305 catches for 2,284 yards, and scored 71 touchdowns. He was selected to play in 6 Pro Bowls and won 1 championship.
Off the field, Alstott takes his job as a community servant. In the 2007 off-season, Alstott and family established the Mike Alstott Family Foundation.
