In the first photo, Blake can be seen wearing a disco ball helmet and a pair of orange circular glasses with "Happy Birthday" written on top, all while smiling slightly at the camera. He added a vibrant touch to his outfit with a green and yellow button-up collared shirt.

The second image showed Blake passed out on the side of his bed, wrapped in a gray blanket with pillows strewn across the mattress. Balloons, including silver ones spelling "Happy Birthday," adorned the hotel room, propped up by the bed.

In his caption, Blake wrote, "Thank you @gwenstefani for the greatest birthday ever!!!!! Plus we finally found the hotel…," referencing a previous social media post where he mentioned drinking a bit too much.
